    This is my second review for Two farmers (other via google) We work regular around Hereford – even though were from West Sussex. Stumbled across Pengethley Farm and these crisps being sold here. We wont buy anything else now and now use there website to ship them down to Sussex. When you feel the packet – its full to the brim of crisps, unlike Walkers with half a packet if your lucky. The crisps are thick and crunchy. The bullshot packet packs a punch, but my fav are the mushroom, cheese and lightly salted

    A bit of a mixed experience really. I love the lightly salted. They’re the only ones I’d previously eaten.
    The cheese & onion is very good.
    Sausage & mustard captures the taste of both really well. They’ve got a nice bite and would be terrific with a beer.
    The mushroom/garlic is unusual. They’re ok. I’d eat them again, but wouldn’t choose them given a choice of flavours.
    The salt & vinegar didn’t do it for me. The cider vinegar taste is too overpowering for my taste.
    The one I was looking forward to most was also the most disappointing. I really don’t like the “Bullshot” flavour. Very spicy, no discernible beef flavour, but with a strange overpowering flavour that I could still taste the next day. Those will be going in the bin, possibly with the salt/vinegar and mushroom/garlic.
    I must stress that these comments are just how they suited my particular palate. I’d recommend people make their own minds up. The quality and texture of the crisps are exceptional.

    I’d definitely buy the lightly salted again. They’re the best of their kind I’ve ever eaten.

    One other thing, when we last bought the crisps a long time ago the packaging was much nicer and more easy to compost, which was actually the reason I sought you out again. Having to collect them and then try to find a way to send them somewhere to be commercially composted is a big issue; I don’t know if I’ll even be able to find somewhere that will take them. So really feels like green washing and puts me off buying again since other brands are recyclable with shopping bags, which may actually be more eco friendly given if I can’t find somewhere that will commercially compost these then they will end up in landfill.

Would have rated 5 out of 5 if you could pull the crisp bag open like a normal pack of crisps, instead you have to rip it down the side and eat sideways which myself and others don’t care for, but nonetheless fantastic flavour crisps and will definitely buy again!
