Shipping Policy

Please note that all deliveries outside of mainland UK will have a delivery cost. Please contact us before placing the order so we can get quotes.

We will endeavour to deliver stock within 5 days of order being placed, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused.  Where possible, notification will be sent if products are out of stock or issues have occurred known to cause delays.  All orders are sent by tracked delivery and will require a signature.  Orders will usually arrive within 1 – 2 days of despatch. We cannot cancel or change a delivery address once the order has been despatched.

RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order up to 10 days after it has been delivered. To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (by email to info@twofarmers.co.uk or a letter sent by post). You may use the example model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

We will provide return instructions and ask you to send the items to us in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us. We advise that you send the items back to us by a trackable method.

We will process a refund including the original delivery costs within 14 working days of receiving the items. Please note that postage costs incurred in sending your order back to us are non-refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS
If the item you have received is faulty or incorrect, please contact us in the first instance. The items should be returned within 14 days and we will refund the price paid, the cost of delivery and the postage cost for returning the product.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact us and we will be able to inform you further.
