Sales Administrator

We are looking for someone to join our team based in Peterstow, Herefordshire. Working within a small team, you will carry out order processing via phone and email, monitor and respond to incoming emails, assist in telesales to independent retailers, give adhoc assistance to warehouse team in order despatch, and attend the occasional in-store sampling or consumer event promoting the product and the brand. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, hard-working team player who is good at working under pressure and will not shy away from a challenge. You will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work under your own initiative.

Requirements:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to trade customers and
    consumers.
  • Establish, maintain and grow relationships with our independent customers.
  • Be competent at selling over the phone.
  • To support in actively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment.
